Breaking the Easter Egg tradition
Every year we would boil Easter eggs to dye with our kids and then carried that tradition on with our Granddaughter. It was time to break tradition with Easter eggs... I found this on Pinterest which showed dying eggs with a twist and my granddaughter and I made them today for tomorrow. I have to admit, it was just as messy and as fun but to my surprise they were really pretty and held the color way better than the shell ever did. After all, we spend all that time and energy to make an egg pretty for Easter and then after someone cracks it, the beauty is gone. This way, they get to eat them and enjoy the color as well.

That's awesome. Beautiful eggs. I miss the days my daughter and I would dye eggs.
