977 runners signed up! Minden runners and walkers do it again..one step in front of the other.4th in the 55-59 age group for the 5K- Betty (that's me).. Time not as good as last years run, but still not too bad for an old lady. No matter what place I come in, it's worth every step to help the kids.
My friend Nancy, in this picture with me, will be 71 next week. She came in 1st in her age group.
That is a lot of money! Isn't it great when charities do well?
